When you're filling up and the pump asks if you have a ROFO Rewards card

(Just watched this movie last night and had a good laugh at this moment)

Friendly "danger zone" doesn't work?

Has anyone else noticed how in Fleet Battles vs AI the friendly "danger zone" doesn't insta-kill the enemy AI like theirs does to you?

POV: You are Jonathan Sims

Quick pic of my finished Daisy cosplay! Took a while to get everything together but I'm really happy with it! I've wanted to cosplay her ever since I first heard her incredible voice, and it took some time to decide on a cosplay that would be recognizable as her. And as always, ACAB

Vest is done!

Working on my Daisy cosplay! It's taken a minute to get all the pieces together but it's almost done! (I'm leaving the pockets for the pepper spray and night stick empty for obvious reasons)

Teryl Rothery as Cpt Janet Fraiser (Stargate SG-1)

Always loved a woman in uniform (feat. an accidentally hilarious and gay search result)

TIL The Air Force, which worked closely with the production of Stargate SG-1, didn't appreciate the show's focus on Area 51. To make up for it, the characters were issued patches with the new USAF logo, which fans refer to as the "Area 51 Apology Patch"

Can anyone tell me which trousers these ladies are wearing?

Hey all! I'm planning on putting together an ATS uniform (mostly just for fun) but I'd really rather not wear a skirt. Fortunately, I found this image of two women wearing trousers with the service dress! As far as I can tell, women in the ATS were never issued trousers as part of their dress uniform, so my question is: are these the battle dress trousers, or are they wearing the male uniform? Or have I missed something? Thanks in advance!

Was out at a station the other day changing tires. I try to be as unobtrusive as possible while on field work, but sometimes I have to park the truck in an inconvenient spot. A customer in a lifted red pickup drove past (proving that he had enough room to get by), yelled out of his window, "Why'd you park in the middle of the road, ya fuckass?!" and sped off. I'm not upset or offended or anything, mostly a&b mused, and my partner and I had a good laugh. Anyone else have any other funny/weird stories?
