I was driving down W. 26th (just past 79) and noticed a church that had been closed now has a sign that says “Power Chord” and something about ‘studios for musicians’. Does anyone have any insight as to what this is or if it’s some kind of new business? Can’t seem to find anything about it online. Thanks (:
