Ampure Test
I’d like to test my homemade ampure bead solution with a ladder and different concentrations of beads. How much ladder should I use?
I tried 2ul ladder + 48 ul H2O. Nothing showed on the gel.

Aloha! We have done six gels and every time there’s this black shadow part of the gel. It’s not the machine because moving the gel around on the stage of the machine shows it’s still there. What could it be?? SOS 🖤
