Anyone have experience with getting an account credit from Toast for major outages like the one from yesterday (Oct 3, 2026)? If so, any advice?

From what I am seeing, Toast does not explicitly outline a 99% uptime SLA in any contracts, but does have a process for requesting credits like I am looking for. Thank you fellow Toast users!
