First time doing the 5-1-0 method; advice wanted
Smoked ribs using the 5-1-0 method (https://searedandsmoked.com/bbq-ribs-recipe-better-than-321-ribs/) on the Masterbuilt 710 and we pulled them out at the 4 hr mark and they are definitely a bit drier than we like.
Did we not baste them enough? Is this a crap method? Should we have used a binder for moisture?
EDIT: smoked at 250 F
Surprise in my haworthia - help ID please?

For those not familiar: https://www.almanac.com/pest/voles
I over-seeded with clover a couple years ago with plans to eventually turn more of our yard into garden eventually. This past winter, everyone in our neighbourhood noticed voles galore despite the snow (4a/3b zone).
I’m more annoyed that they ate my asters too!
