Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone has seen this before.

My alloy wheels have thousands of tiny black spots on them that just won't come off. I've tried:

- Regular wheel cleaner

- Thorough washing

- Iron remover (multiple applications)

Nothing seems to make any difference. The spots are still there and they almost look embedded in the finish.

Are these burnt-in brake dust particles, damaged clear coat, or something else? Has anyone managed to remove this kind of contamination?

I've attached a photo. Any advice or product recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
