How long does SL customer service typically take to respond?

I got a deck with some misprints and have requested a replacement. The first response took a week and a half. I sent them the information they asked for, and now they’ve been silent for than two weeks. I’ve asked for an update twice in those two weeks.

What are some alternatives to getting my issue resolved?
