The secret lair cat drop was shipped via ups who supposedly transferred it to the post office on Saturday the 27th. It still says on ups

"Transferred to Local Post Office

As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred your package to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. For the latest status, check USPS tracking"

And when I go to usps tracking it says

"Latest Update

We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package."

I emailed my local usps and they said to me

"This item is still with a third party. Until they give us the package, the item is not in our mail stream. "

I cannot make a claim on ups cause it says

"​This option is not available after transfer to U. S. Postal (USPS); contact USPS or the sender for assistance."

Secret lair sent me the same 3 emails now:

Where do I go from here? I just wanted my cats. Usps won't help, ups wont help. Wizards wont help.

I called ups and usps. I provided a voicemail from usps saying they never got it, and a support ticket number from ups. Ups says though to file a claim with the seller. Wizards just keeps posting this response.

I cannot afford to buy these second market...

today I was supposed to get my cats are the best drop. I've been watching the tracking and when I got the message it was delivered I asked my boyfriend to bring it in. all I got was a piece of brown cardboard and a ripped package.

no cards and all that money gone.

now I'm on hold with the post office and am losing my mind.

How long does SL customer service typically take to respond?

I got a deck with some misprints and have requested a replacement. The first response took a week and a half. I sent them the information they asked for, and now they’ve been silent for than two weeks. I’ve asked for an update twice in those two weeks.

What are some alternatives to getting my issue resolved?

Seriously. I bought the pony cards and lands of Equestria, but only the lands have ever come. I ordered almost all cats, no word other than my confirmation. Is the US East having a huge problem of some kind that I’m oblivious to?

Anyone else order from the cat drop still in preparation?

The pinned Calendar says that there's gonna be a Festival in a Box Secret Lair for Magic Con Amsterdam on the 29th.

Where does this information come from?

There's no announcement or anything yet and it seems like Amsterdam didn't have a Festival in a Box before?
