Is a complaint for this fair?

My Secret Lair Commander deck arrived today with quite a bit of damage to the packaging. The shipping box had a crushed corner, and the black themed deck box inside has a noticeably bent lid and several creases from what looks like impact damage.
Thankfully, the cards themselves seem to be fine (haven’t checked them one by one yet), but the deck box is visibly damaged, which is pretty disappointing for a €170 product. I also have the goblin storm deck and I love using the themed cardboard deckbox to store tokens and dice so I wanted to give this one the same use case tbh.

I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but I expected better protection for a premium collectible product at this price point. The condition of the packaging and themed accessories is part of the overall experience, and receiving them damaged is frustrating.

Is this claimable through wizards support?Has anyone else received their Secret Lair in similar condition? How did WotC handle it?

Battery replacement finally arrived!

So my replacement battery arrived after two and half weeks or so. Now it's time for the scariest part for me. Opening it and actually changing it. Do y'all have any tips or videos to help me with this? Also should I change the thermal paste or do anything else besides the swap? I'm a noobie here and dont know how to proceed tbh. Thank y'all in advance :)

Console restarts on it’s own

So I’ve had my G3 Gen 3 since Christmas, and over the past couple of months I’ve noticed that it sometimes restarts by itself.
Luckily, it’s never happened while I was playing. It usually happens when I’m scrolling through the menus or even when the console is just sitting idle.
I’ve checked the battery, and it isn’t swollen or anything like that. I’ve also taken good care of it. I’ve never charged it above 80%, I’ve never left it charging overnight, and I haven’t really pushed the hardware that hard, to be honest.
Should I be worried? Should I email support?

Beaten #1 Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone PS1

As I said in my last post here, I’m getting a bit tired of mastering games and playing really demanding sets that require multiple playthroughs and all that sort of stuff. So I thought, why not also post the games I beat here as a sort of backlog? Here’s the first one.
This was such a fun and stressful playthrough. This game is HARD, and the developers clearly didn’t have kids in mind while making it.
To be honest, I mainly picked it up because I’d always seen the memes about this game and its character models, and I was genuinely curious to see if it was as fun as Hagrid’s face made it look. Turns out it absolutely was.
I hated the Gringotts mine cart minigame with all my soul. Even though I’m not mastering the set, I still like getting as much done as possible without stressing too much… and this definitely stressed me out anyway lol.
Overall, it’s a really cool and challenging set. I definitely recommend giving it a try, and I might come back in the future to grab the few achievements I missed. I’m just not feeling another full playthrough right now just for two bosses and a couple of missed Quidditch classes hahaha.

Playing secret agent clank for the psp next will post it if I see some love on this post. Hope y’all like this new type of post that will surely make this community even more alive than it is now!

Mastery #6 Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire

Got this at the start of the month, but I completely forgot to post it since I was kinda away from RetroAchievements and Reddit.
This was an amazing set extremely fun and rewarding. It took me a while, but I enjoyed every second of it. The damn Pichu just didn’t want to hatch, but it finally showed up after many, many tries.
Definitely recommend this one to everyone. It’s one of my favorite sets I’ve done so far!
I’m currently working on finishing the Pokémon Emerald Seaglass set, and I also dropped the Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow set because it was just too grindy for me (still managed to finish a 100% save file). I might take a break from mastering games after these last ones and just focus on completing games for a while.

Brick hammer temperature + accesories questions

Hey! New Brick Hammer user here, and I’m loving this little device. I’m currently playing Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow for the first time and having a great time. I do have a few questions about the console, though.
My first concern is the heat. The console gets pretty warm even when I’m playing lower-end systems. It doesn’t really bother me since it never gets hot enough to be uncomfortable, but I’m a bit worried about the battery’s long-term health because it heats up fairly quickly. I also assume the current heat wave we’re having in Europe doesn’t help, but I’d love to know if the console normally runs cooler during other times of the year. Just in case I’m running Knulli cfw, since I’m really into retroachivements.
My second question is about accessories. What kind of charging brick do you all use? I’d like to get one that’s good for the battery while still charging efficiently.
Last but not least, my hands start to cramp after longer gaming sessions. Is anyone using a grip or case that makes the console more comfortable to hold? I’d love to hear your recommendations. If possible, I’d prefer products from AliExpress or Amazon, since shipping from Etsy to Europe is usually pretty expensive.
Thanks in advance! :)

Living Dex

Hey! I’m a completionist, and with the 100% on RetroAchievements, I would like to complete a Living Dex too. However, I just realized there isn’t enough PC storage to keep every single Pokémon. What workarounds would you all recommend?

Rate my commanders ;)

I usually enjoy playing weird and sketchy decks, but sometimes I get pretty competitive as well. Next deck to build Dr. Eggman or Kibo, Uktabi Prince

Would you like to have me in your pod?

Hey I finished my Galadriel decklist and need some thoughts on it? It's mainly focused on counters and combat damage.

Any budget adds or cards I should cut from the list? Originally this was going to be a 100€ brew not counting galadriel, but i have a shock and some spare cards at home so I added them and ended at 150 more or less.

Here's the decklist https://moxfield.com/decks/bSKZx-ZnxU2W_MviE20Xcg

Thank y'all :)
