As suggested by other reddit users yesterday, I'm starting a daily NVO stock sentiment post. Feel free to discuss the stock sentiment here today.

Looking at pre-market we are in freefall again (-1.6%), dropping from 51,50 down to 47,50 in barely a week (-8%) seems very much overdone to me on basically no news except the lawsuit. If you ask me we are still in limbo until any clarity comes at the next quarterlies.

Annoying but it seems this is just the way it is.

Another attempt to discuss what's going on with the stocks sentiment after several deleted posts.

It seemed sentiment was going up but it has proven fragile, now going down quick. What do you think? Does this have anything to do with the lawsuit? Am I missing something?

NVO cures all known diseases, brings peace to the middle east, solves hunger and somehow gets rid of trump... Stock moves .01%.... Down...

Seriously, EU approval and an incredibly bullish WSJ article on the same day and all this stock does is +2%. LLY would have gone up 10% on this news.

This time the stock didn't squander its massive jump at the start after the US opening. Would this be the reversal? At the very least its finally a glimmer of hope. Good stuff!

After many days of 2,3 or even 4+% pumps in the EU morning, followed by an extended low volume selloff during the US opening hours, ending in red, today we are finally up high in the green, +5%.

The difference.... US is closed for a national holiday. Coincidence.... I think not.

Its evident that wallstreet is purposefully trying to destroy one of EU's giants.

The pill numbers are going to be through the roof again and we will see a modest +2% upon opening, which potentially will be sold off over the rest of the day...

Even if it remains, it wont be even nearly enough to compensate for the nonsensical selloff yesterday and today, where a +4% opening was completely obliterated in a few hours and we end up -5.5% in barely 24 hours on no news.....

The conclusion, we end the week again somewhere in the 42-43 region.

Stock is pinned down despite overwhelming positive news.

If lly had these numbers they would have gone +5% every friday, but somehow nvo doesn't follow logic.

Oh, and before the lemmings start again, yes im a long term invester, did my homework, no I dont need to own this stock, no I dont need mental help. This thing will eventually start to follow the fundamentals, thats why im still here. Being here for 2 years however has been long and I like to discuss with fellow investors what their views are on this long winded irrational price action.

Where have you ever seen a stock sell off so consistently during the day after a +2, +3 or (like today) even +4% start. Its like clockwork.

This thing is just not allowed to ever close above 45.

I can't be the only one that finds this seriously dubious. Never have I witnessed such weird stock behavior in my 15+ years on the stockmarket.

This is just pathetic, we finally have some positive momentum, second day in the green for the first time in a very long time of random red -2% / -3% / -4% days.

We started at +3.5% and are now in AH back to barely .75%.

This is after a continuous steady low volume selloff since 11am for over 5 hours, all the way upto close, where we got one last hard push down to really rub it in and make sure all hope is suffocated.

The blatant manipulation is becoming absurd.

When will this ball underwater finally be released?

When does the enormous gap between the valuation and the fundamentals close?

The fundamentals have basically doubled or tripled since 5 years ago, we have just had the best pharma product launch in history and we are still at the same valuation.

Its beyond maddening.

This abnormal behavior is resolving itself already, we will slowly piss away the +3.5% so we end up barely 1% up by the eod.

What do we know so far? Any big news known already? And how do we interpret it? + what implications will it have for the stock in the near term?

Two days of no news.... Sure lets fall straight off of a cliff.... Bam -7%...

Thats NVO logic for you.

Today was another unjustified -2% day, like we have seen tons of in the past months....

So it's established that the pill and blockbuster prescription numbers are not gonna move this up so then what is it?

There's a real question anybody that's long here should really be thinking hard about.

Earnings + revising guide for less sales decline ?

Oh I love this stock, looking forward to holding until 2045 for it to reach 50 USD like a true value investor. Close the app. Touch grass, the stock is solid, management is world class. Totally ignore that the stock crashes 2% on nothing day after day until the value of your investment has been eaten away by inflation and every AI / startup bs stock has appreciated by 5000%. Life is good as a value investor.

Whats the bad news?

This goes against NVO logic...

Three days of pure agony, after the -5 in two days, today looks like another -1 or -2 upcoming... No reason, just because "its nvo"... This is infuriating.

Looking at the pre-market we are about to lose 5% in two days on no news, after tons of positive news over the past weeks....

This company invented a whole new revolutionary class of medicines and the stock is basically where it was 5 years ago.

Can I now finally say that this is ridiculous and initiate an open discussion about the why and how of it?

Or am I going to be buried again in comments about "not having to own the stock", "I should wait 1-2 years", "this is a long term play", "i should just not complain" etc...

This waiting is a huge opportunity cost and if we never get the chance to rise, sooner or later we will be dragged down along with the market in the next macro event, be it recession, war or whatever comes up.

Let me make a prediction for tomorrow. As always, nvo will have upped their pill sales by an enormous amount, and lly is lagging hard.

As a result the stock will move up 2% which is not even enough to make up for the BS drop today and we end the week at 0...

Again, a whole week filled with positive news and the stock doesnt move.

Then, at the next setback we drop 10+%

When does this turd move? Its becoming so ridiculous that NVO has basically become a meme... (Good news, -2%)

Great quarterlies,... Barely any movement in the stock price...

Some new hard to interpret vague random nitpicky numbers that could be less ideal among a sea of other info.... BAM -3%

How is this turd ever going to go up if positive news is ignored and it gets slammed down hard on every minor setback?

Get ready boys, after a beautiful opening we are going to do our daily slow descent down the spiraling slide as always.... Who knows, we might end up a fraction of a percent in the green..... Yaaaaaay
