Elementor Randomly Took Away My Support and Is Now Ignoring Me
Hi I have had Elementor Pro for 6 years. I have always used their support with the last time being a month ago. I logged in today to send a support ticket and I noticed they have greyed out all the support and made it so I can only talk to a AI bot. I then contacted the live chat not logged in (because it doesnt work) and the person tried to tell me that I do not have a subscription and suddenly when trying to go to the support page it would show 404 not found. I sent them proof that I had renewed my subscription in April. After trying a couple different devices she said she would get her team to look at it and figured out it was a problem on their end. After they got it fixed I said the support is still not working on my account and she ended the conversation. Now when I try to reach out again to live support it says that I am going to be transferred to a live person but it is very clear they are just choosing not to speak with me. I feel like there has to be some sort of legal options I can pursue I am not sure why they would suddenly do this to me. If anyone has any thoughts or comments please let me know.
