Admitted to Berklee NYC, should I go?
Hi! I got admitted to the songwriting and production master at Berklee NYC but I am having doubts about going. I am looking to speak to recent graduates who can tell me more about the quality of the program as I can't really find anything substantial online. I was shocked by the questions asked on the audition and would love to hear firsthand how people experienced the program.
I have received 30,000$ from Berklee and I'm currently waiting for a grant from my home country for 35,000$. This would obviously cover my tuition but the costs would still be quite high considering I'm an international student. Aside from this I'm already a part-time audio professional working as a FoH technician and doing small studio production/engineering jobs. I have no shortage of knowledge but I would love to extend my network and am eager to learn new tricks and meet people.
