Asked to be violin teacher

I learned violin in orchestra from middle to high school and still play regularly. I would say I’m somewhere between intermediate to advanced.

A church member asked me to teach their daughter (2nd grade) violin as a side gig. But I’ve never taken formal violin lessons. What book series do you recommend? Any other tips?

Itinerary advice

Hi! Hubby and I (30M/30F) are planning to go to PV for our honeymoon! This is both of our first times in Mexico and I'd love some feedback.

We will be there for a week in December and this is our itinerary list:

Day 1: Fly into PVR, take UBER to our AirBNB in the 5D area. Spend the rest of the day resting/swimming in pool

Day 2: Take a rest day and just spend it by the beach/exploring Malecon

Day 3: Do the Bike Bites food tour with PV Food Tours in the morning. Spend the rest of the day chilling by either the pool or beach

Day 4: ATV tour with Canopy River Park (2+ hours). Spend rest of day chilling/exploring Day 5: Marietas Island Tour with Vallarta Adventures (7.5+ hours)

Day 6: Open day for exploring more or buying souvenirs or going to our favorite spots one last time

Day 7: Pack up, take UBER to PVR and fly home

Positive Nuvaring/Eluryng Experience!!!

Hi! I just wanted to share my experience with the generic version of the Nuvaring which is the Euryng.

I'm 29 and have regular periods and I've never ever been on hormonal birth control so this was new and uncharted territory for me.

I wasn't looking for anything super long term (only wanting BC for about a year and a half before TTC) so my options were: pills (daily), patch (weekly), and the ring (monthly).

I didn't like the daily aspect of the pills.
I was leaning towards the patch but I have a BMI of 31 and due of it's contraindications is a BMI of 30+. So my doc suggested the ring. She said some people struggle sometimes sticking things up their vag but I was currently using a menstrual cup during my period so I didn't have any icks about it.

ICYDK, with the ring you insert and leave it in for 3 weeks then take it out for 1 week then reinsert a new one.

My side effects were:
• nausea which occurred in the evening, around bed time
• decreased libido - which is weird because my partner and i had just gotten married and you'd expect things to be exciting LOL but naw

I'm 10 months in and happy to report: no baby:)
