Hi, our phd joining was supposed to be on 2nd of July. Got a mail on 1st July saying it has been postponed due to adminstrative reasons, further information will be communicated. So far no information has been given. Unfortunately I came to Delhi on 30th of June. If anyone can help me in finding approximate date of our joining I can decide whether to stay in hotel here or go back home.

Also can you please tell me if the adminstrative part of university is open on Saturday or not, then I will visit the institute tomorrow to know further

Do we have to do any formality till we receive the offer letter?

Q1 : Do all the phd scholars get hostel?

Q2 : if yes, do we still get 60000 fellowship?

Q3 : How good are hostels?

Q4 : Do we still have to pay the fees there even though we are on fellowship?
