I have registered using axis atlas on priority pass app, my doubt is if I can take my partner to the lounge using this? or do they need separate card?

My partner and I are confused about whether buying property in Bangalore makes sense for us.

We both grew up in standalone houses and aren't really interested in societies/high-rises or even standalone apartments. Ideally, we'd want an independent house on 1,000–1,200 sq ft of land. But that's financially out of reach for us right now, and we're worried that as our income grows, Bangalore property prices will grow just as fast.

Our fallback would be a G+3/G+4 standalone apartment, but neither of us is particularly excited about that option.

So we're also considering renting in Bangalore for the next 10–15 years, investing the difference, and eventually moving back to the Chennai suburbs where we already have land that we'll likely inherit.

For those who've faced a similar dilemma:

• Did you buy in Bangalore or continue renting?
• If you rented, do you regret not buying earlier?
• Did buying a compromise property (G+3/G+4) work out?
• If you knew you'd eventually move back to your hometown, would you still buy in Bangalore?

Would especially love to hear real experiences rather than the usual "rent is throwing money away / land always appreciates" arguments.
