Hi, probably a dumb question but when you apply to an internal rec, do you interview the same way as someone else outside the company would?
Also, if anyone has good interview questions or topic to share for Electrical Engineering that would be good. Some times I get like imposter syndrome and feel like I don’t know anything 🥲. I am a P1 if that changes the questions.

Hi all, I have just had my 1 year anniversary full time with the company with 2 prior internships. Do the internships do anything for my possible promotion or is it just time spent in the current full time P1 role?
Also, I feel this is a common theme but I feel like I am being paid below market value. out of school If I went to one of the big companies down the street I would be making over 10k more. currently at little less than 85k What should I be looking for as a good P2 salary as an Electrical Engineer? last year my raise was 3%.
