I found a great deal on a Safariland ALS 6354RDSO holster made for a SIG P320 C after hearing that P320 ALS holsters can be modified to fit P09's and P07's. I really took my time examining what needed to be modified since something was hanging up in its stock form. I'd seen a few examples online (Reddit included), but this was slightly different than what I had read.

The main part I needed to mod was the release lever arm. It protruded inward and interfered with the pistol's slide lock, and maybe ever-so-slightly interfered with the decocker. Fortunately, I was able to remove 1/8" to 3/16" of plastic on the arm and it didn't disrupt the rigidity.

The next spots I modified were on top of the ALS locking mechanism, just two nubs that seemed like they were touching the glass of my Holosun 507k. I only ground them down about 1/8" to make sure the optic cleared. I used a small sanding wheel on my Dremel and didn't even have to disassemble the holster.
