I WANT TO GIVE YOU HOPE!!

I’ve had bad acne my whole life, but never like the past 5 months with Mirena. About a month ago I started using a 50/50 water & ACV mix as a toner twice a day (I wash with Cerave 4% SA wash). The past maybe 3 weeks I’ve been doing a mask twice a week, and THAT is drying everything up and I have hope again!

If you look up the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay mask you can find it for about $12, and a bottle of ACV is about $4.

I just mix the mask with the toner mix in a tiny dish, apply with my finger, leave it on for 5-10 minutes until it feels tight, use a rag to rinse it off (trust me it’s hard without it) and apply my lotion afterwards.

NOTHING has touched the acne like this has. I was planning on getting the Mirena removed, but with how well this seems to be working I’m super hopeful I can keep it in now and have my skin back! Now to knock on wood.
