I redid the whole first floor and moved in, redid fhe ceiling with rockwool and sonopan ans 5/8 drywall. I can still stomping and talking. What do I do… I did more research and I validated I have the decoupling clips but now everything is closed and I moved in. Upstairs will be empty soon so I could touch the floor too instead of ripping my ceiling. Do I redo the ceiling or the second floor or add think rubber and capets?? Which could work the best, I’m getting woken up and can’t sleep at night

Hi! I am scheduled for double jaw surgery on June 1st. Any recommendations on what to get and prep in advance? I’m starting to feel anxious when I read on how everyone who did it felt like shit in the first two weeks. Thanks!
