Hi there, I haven't ever played the game and my only real exposure is due to the Dragonshield art sleeves, and I saw a design I liked and want to see if there is a deck that uses the card. The card is Raziel, Archangel of Libra. I heard the card isn't that good, but I dont have a playgroup besides my friend who would play and was wondering if anyone had a deck that uses this card, thank you for any help that can be provided to a newbie(I don't even know the rules yet for context but will learn when I can make a deck lol).
