Private hospitals in London/Brighton for BAM/SEHCAT?
Hi all,
I believe I have BAM, as so many of the symptoms match my experience, and I am so so tired of my stomach problems being written off as just a neurological thing (anxiety definitely has AN effect especially with travelling but my stomach affects me daily) and I get side effects from Imodium. I am fortunately able to access private healthcare in the UK and I would like to know if anyone has recommendations for doctors here that will be open to hearing me out about BAM, as I know it's very underdiagnosed. Please let me know about clinics close to London or Brighton. Thank you!
Side question, but does anyone else get intense nausea and vomiting fits after taking Imodium, and stomach cramps that don't stop until you are able to sleep them off? I get this on occasion after taking Imodium, usually if I take more than 1 pill, however it has happened to me with one.
