What would you do? Debating on keeping my broken laptop and sending back the refurbished replacement

Most mornings when I start my Asus ProArt P16 up, the right half of the display phases through different shades of blue for 2-3 minutes. You can still see what is actually there but its just freaking out with different blue colors. It's been like this for a 6 months. Idk why. I begged Asus to send me a replacement before I sent my old one back, and they did. I work from home and need it, and I assumed it will get worse over time, and soon I'll be out of warranty ( I started this process months ago).

I got the new one... It looks brand new but I checked crystaldiskmark and the ssd has 10x the amount of startups that my current one does(20,00 vs 1700), but weirdly it's slightly under the amount of hours my old one does (1968 hours vs 2120 hours). It also has worse battery health (they both have a design capacity of 90,005 mWH, my old one has 79,236 mWh left and the new one has around 75,000). AND, the mouse does not always register a click! I don't know why, but when I click lightly, even after I turned it to highest sensetivity, it just misses clicks and is already annoying me.

I feel like I am going to take a day and a half setting it up, just for it to be another RMA in three months. Actually, it won't be because then I will be out of warranty and screwed.

What do you do when you make a video and the client is like "Can you change the script for it?"

I do fiverr ugc. The girl requested a video and gave me general talking points, I made it, and she says she'd like to make edits to the script I used. She dropped in a whole different script with nothing too different than the original I did. This has happened before and I don't really get what to do because it means I have to start over from scratch. sacrifice another afternoon and get camera ready, re-record the whole thing, edit the whole thing, send it over. What's worst is that this is video has to be done with another person. Do I just say no, sorry, thats now how it works? I am here if you want me to edit the video but I can't redo the whole thing for no extra money. I don't get it, I want to keep the clients happy but this makes it not worth the money.

How do I go about taking on clients whose products have not been proven in the market?

TLDR: I don't know if I should work with a client for a landing page because even if I do a great job, I don't think I can guarantee sales.

I do freelance videos but also have a ton of experience in web design and ad campaigns. I get orders from a lot of new ecommerce brands to make UGC content, and I know for some of them it's a tougher battle because their product might not be compelling enough to consistently get sales.

I have one client who is extremely nice, they have a cool book that maybe could do well, or maybe not. I've done two rounds of UGC videos for their books, but they said that their ads are still not converting (Not in a complaining way). I've seen their website and it is bad. It is just a clump of amazon review screenshots with no structure. I tried to give them advice on how to make a better landing page, ansd explained why its important for building trust and giving the customer a better understanding of their value. They asked if I can do it for them, and I easily can. But what if it doesn't fix their problem and still they get no sales? It will certainly help but I can't guarantee anything. I don't even know what their budget is currently.

So I just wanted to know how you guys feel taking on clients when you are unsure if they will reach their goal even if you do everything right. Do you feel bad?
