We visited Austin from bay area to get a feel for schools and neighborhoods. While Canyon Vista has been recommended highly on a different thread, we did not like the neighborhood.

How are Cedar Park Middle and Stiles Middle ?

We are looking for a well rounded school- strong academics, athletic and orchestra electives and a healthy social environment.

I saw these are not as highly rated as Canyon Vista. Are there any other options we can look at.

I heard mixed reviews for Eanes so will be skipping that district. Not considering north Leander as it will be a very long commute to Rolling woods office.

Hi, which school gives a better experience for an Asian moving from bay area being in one of the best and diverse Montessori school till now. This move wasn't planned, so please keep comments constructive and to the point. Thanks for the help.

Edited: thanks for the comments so far. How about Canyon Vista Vs Cedar Park. We are Ok with some competition as long as it is healthy, want to avoid toxic competion and pressure cooker environments.
