I’m never going to take being able to take my ability to walk for granted again.
Currently have a non weight-bearing restriction due to a stress fracture on my tibia. Waiting to see the orthopedist hopefully soon.
I’ve always enjoyed going on walks but I’d frequently find excuses to not go on walks. I’ve never been more envious of people when I see them walking down the street by my house. Hopefully I’ll get a knee scooter soon because these crutches suck.
I guess sometimes it takes something like this to put things in perspective. You don’t know what you got till it’s gone. Enjoy your walks today my friends.
