Have been procrastinating on making an appointment to renew my prescription, cause I've been on and off my meds (struggling to be consistent or mindful to take them).
Thought I'd renew my script today, called my Psychiatrist office.
Turns out I've been procrastinating since 2024... Now I have a 45 minute telehealth appointment that's going to cost me $510 since I haven't been for 2 years.
And bonus kick in the guts, my appointment is in mid July!
Woo for ADHD and time blindness.
