Prescription Glasses under helmet?

I've been looking around online at some options for glasses under helmets because I am not a fan of contacts. So far, I've seen many options for tight fitting glasses and goggles, but I want to hear experiences from other fighters.

Professional Athlete vs Average Knight (within the SCA)

Here is the link to my original post in r/sca.

The question is, "Could a professional athlete win a fight (Armored Combat - Rattan) using the SCA's rules against the average Knight within the SCA?"
Caveats, the professional athlete can be from any professional sport, but does not have any armored combat/sword fighting experience. Myles Garrett for example.
The average knight within the SCA has at least 5-12 years of consistent experience before being knighted.
The rules are understood by the athlete, and he is given his choice of weapon(s) and shield if they want one. Most knights use a sword and shield.

Here are the rules for combat within the SCA, but below are some of the main rules for Armored combat if you do not want to read the handbook.
You must not take deliberate unfair advantage during an activity such as ignore well-struck blows.
Striking an opponent with excessive force is forbidden.
If you obtain an unfair advantage by repeatedly becoming “helpless” (for example, by falling down or losing your weapon), the marshals on the field will warn you and may force you to yield the fight at the next occurrence of such behavior. The onus of this is on the marshals. However, your opponent can ask the marshals to let the fight continue.
Grappling, tripping, throwing, punching, kicking, and wrestling is not allowed. Contact between you and your opponent's bodies, shields, and weapons is expected in corps-a-corps or melee situations, so controlled contact is allowed during these engagements
Deliberately striking your opponent's head, limbs, or body with a shield, weapon haft, or any part of your body is forbidden. Incidental contact with your opponent's shield, and weapons is expected.
Grasping your opponent's person, shield, weapon's striking surface, or bow/crossbow is prohibited.
Intentionally striking your opponent outside the legal target areas is forbidden. (Basically, no hands, or anything from the knee and below.)
In single combat, if you are engaged with an opponent and you turn your back on them, your opponent is allowed to strike at you until you leave weapons range.
You are not allowed to grasp the striking surface of your opponent's weapon, their shield, bow or crossbow during combat. If your hands are appropriately armored, you are allowed to grasp any part of your opponent's weapon that is not a striking surface.
You are not allowed to deliberately block a weapon in motion with an illegal target area, eg. an empty hand, knee, lower leg or foot. If you do, you must lose the limb as if it were struck in a legal target.
If you repeatedly block with your own weapon and it is in contact with your helm, body or shield at impact, the marshal can decide that your weapon is considered broken for the remainder of the bout.
You are allowed to use your weapon or shield to displace, deflect or immobilize your opponent's shield or weapon, as long as this does not endanger you or your opponent.
You are allowed to safely place your shield or the haft of your weapon against your opponent's body to restrict their ability to strike or defend, but you must not strike them with shield or haft.
Your shield must be controlled by your hand. A passive shield (not controlled by your hand) is decorative armor, and you must accept blows that strike it as if it was not there.
Your shield (when controlled by your hand) is considered invulnerable to all strikes.

Judging the effects of blows is left to the honor of the combatant being struck by the weapon, unless they relinquish this responsibility, with the exception of clear violations of the Rules of the Lists or the Conventions of Combat. The effectiveness of a blow may not be judged by the opposing combatant, the marshal on the field, or other observers.
When judging the effect of blows, everyone is presumed to be wearing the same type of armor and level of protection.
An effective blow (aka “a good blow”) is defined as a blow or strike which was delivered with effective technique for the particular type of weapon used, with proper orientation of the striking surface (e.g. the marked edge of a bladed weapon), and with sufficient force.
A blow from a handheld weapon that strikes you with an effective technique, proper orientation, and sufficient force must be considered effective, regardless of what it hits prior to striking you.
A killing blow occurs instantaneously, so no new offensive action can be started. Blows begun before the killing blow can be completed. A killing blow started before receiving a killing blow is good and is known as a double kill. A blow started after receiving a killing blow should not be counted.

Professional Athlete vs Average Knight.

I have some people at work that found out about the hobby and they insist that any professional athlete would win a heavy armored combat fight over an average knight within the SCA.
I could reasonably see the athlete coming out on top if it was a different sport such as buhurt, but with the SCA rules for its combat, I dont anyone with 0 experience winning.

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I've done a lot of research on planets that are geosynchronous locked to a star and I'm pretty sure this planet is scientifically accurate.
Obviously I should probably have a few more continents as opposed to what I have now, but I dont really want to work on it anymore. I would be willing to if I have to fix something crucial.

This world map depicts Etania, the world that the Caldron TTRPG is set in.

Etanaia is the 3rd planet from sol, the star the solar system orbits around. Etania and its moon resides within the habitable zone within the solar system and because of this, it hosts abundant life including humans. The planet is partially tidally locked with sol and its southern axis is always lit. Etania has a slight tilt that allows for some northern regions to experience some sunlight for a small period of the year.

The Sicco Oceans in the southern hemisphere of Etania range from nearly boiling, to warm enough for life to flourish. The northern hemisphere is on average colder than the equator with the tip of the nothern axis averaging -120°F. Because of the planet’s tilt and orbit, there aren't any seasons aside from a few warmer months in the more northern regions of habitable areas. Life cannot survive at the tip of each axis.

The 2nd and 3rd maps I have used for a DnD homebrew setting I repurposed the map for. The 4th map is a WIP regional map which will make the first "setting" in my TTRPG, Caldron.

I would love to answer any questions or discuss any feedback.
