Hi, I’m fresh out of teachers college and am shaping up to apply to upcoming OT list postings that I was told by a VP should be coming up in my district soon. I am wondering (more like worrying) that if I don’t have a principal reference on my application that that’s an immediate no. I have all 3 of my previous ATs as references, and good letters or recommendation and practicum reports, I’m just lacking a principle reference unfortunately. Will my application likely still be considered? I’m really hoping to get on the OT list for my board so I can start supplying in September. Any advice is appreciated!
