I’m driving a Landcruiser, exploring. I noticed there’s a forest service road I can drive up from Daajing to Port Clement. The road splits and I can get to the second golden spruce, or the Haida canoe. Just wondering if this is a good idea? How long would it actually take me? Can I find either the tree or the canoe? Are there places to camp? Love any advice.

Woke up last night to multiple things falling off my walls and shelf. Checked to see if there was an earthquake last night, there was 2 in BC but no where near us. So weird. Pictures fell off the wall, cup fell off the shelf, books fell off a ledge. Anyone else had stuff fall last night?

Seeking anecdotal research observations regarding peptide protocols investigated for modulation of inflammatory pathways associated with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Interested in compounds, dosing schedules, cycling strategies, and reported biomarker or symptom-response trends.

I’m really struggling with my psoriatic arthritis symptoms. I’m on Methotrexate to stop the degenerative process but I’m in a lot of pain and still have flare ups. I’m curious if anyone has a protocol they have worked out in dealing with PsA?
