From JLPT-centric to communication-focused goal

tl;dr after studying for JLPT, my main goal now is output (express myself correctly and not awkwardly) but don't know how to go about learning it

My overall main goal in studying Nihongo is to understand media (mainly games, fan content and seiyuu stuff). However, I do want to communicate with fellow fans from Japan, if the opportunity arises. I was able to pass N2, but speaking is another topic. Whenever I add Japanese description to my fanart, I have to double check a lot if my wording is used by natives. Just yesterday, when a Japanese mutual in X commented on a post, it took me at least 10 minutes to string a 3 sentence reply. And I'm not even sure if I worded it correctly.

Most if not all language schools here offer JLPT-centric courses. Like I never learned how to say "my mom's Suica pass isn't working and so we can't get through the turnstile" to train station staff when I needed to or other practical stuff. Colleagues suggested italki and prep.ly but really is there a tutor willing to teach me how to say "I want Draco and Maou Nobbu to have a kicking battle armorless"? Are there even anonymous tutor services even?

AI at this point is too unreliable for me.
