It still works but one of the teeth are missing for some odd reason

Hey guys I'd like to know, I am at the moment aiming to fix a clicky right stick on my rog ally x. Instead of using teflon to fix it should I replace the old module with the gulikit hall effect joystick module or does the hall effect module even alleviate this issue.

I'm aiming to open the console only once.

I would like to know if there are any alternatives or better methods than using a plastic pick, I would like there to be absolutely no damage to the shell once I do the "teflon" mod to fix a clicky stick.
