have a heat pump with the outside coolant exposed, and the copper part is dripping with condensation. just want to make sure it's not too big a deal? I have this insulation I was thinking about wrapping around this, but any better ideas?
Anyone else having trouble with Totos customer service lately? I just bought the https://www.totousa.com/washlet-s7-contemporary-elongated-with-ewater?color=cotton bidet about a month ago, and it arrived with the remote not working. I called customer service, and after describing the problem they said they would send a new one. It's been several weeks, I've called multiple times and they keep telling me some story about them using a new system that's making it difficult for them, and it'll be fine next week, or they'll email me, but nothing. No emails, no remote, nothing. Wanna see if anyone else is having a problem with them, any solutions they've had. Would love to actually use this bidet that I've had for a month now.
Trying to remember a book I read when I was a kid, and would love it if someone else knows what I'm talking about. It was basically a fantasy version of the song of Roland I think, with the lead getting a magical sword named Durandal and he ended up being a knight for Charlemagne. It felt like a normal fantasy novel of the time, with more magic in it though, but I cant seem to find anything that fits the bill
