Starbucks at home
A bit of preamble. I (67M) have been participating in the Nestle boycott my whole life, with parents joining the boycott early on. Not perfectly, as a child would gladly eat a Nestle's Crunch or Butterfinger if it was part of my haul during Halloween. As the company's reach extended over the years had to make changes when finding out I was buying a subsidiary brand. Fast-forward to today, recently found out that Starbucks at home is licensed to Nestle. Now I am not a huge fan of Starbucks either, but I really like their dark roast coffees for home consumption and the cost at my club store is reasonable. Now that I have found out about the affiliation to Nestle, I will be looking for another coffee. The question I want to pose is should I/we boycott Starbucks for this licensing?
