Why do bhimwadis want to use OBCs as a battering ram against the GCs? There's no such thing as bahujan. I'm from a Shudra group which is GC at the national level, but have been given OBC certification at the state level (West Bengal, sadgope caste. It's an agrarian community). We want nothing to do with you bhimwadis. We have never been oppressed by brahmins or kshatriya or vaishya. We have always been educated and have our own lands, etc.

So stop peddling your atrocity porn and forcibly grouping OBCs with you to inflate your population to 85%. If we face issues with anyone it's with you bhimwadis filing false SC/ST cases on us, to seize our assets. You don't have the aukaat to directly fight with the influential castes like Jats, Gujjars, Rajputs, Yadavs, Bhumihars, etc. So you always target us and try to rope us into your conflict. And bhimtas also target the women of those communities by saying things like "beti do", which makes my skin crawl.

Secondly, we all know that SC reservations are monopolized by a few rich, powerful, bhimwadi groups, (Buddhist Jatavs, to be specific) leaving almost nothing for everyone else. How about you ask them to implement an income gate and sub-categorisation on SC reservations, so that poor and non-dominant SC groups get to avail of reservations?

I'm requesting OBCs (regardless of whether you are Shudra or Kshatriya) to not ruin our relations with the GCs. We ourselves are GCs in some contexts. We don't need to act as foot soldiers of these bhimwadi extremists.

Clearly, removing reservations are a minefield. No political party will ever support it. Any party which does, will get defeated in elections. Let's change strategies. Our immediate concern should be the bheemta misusing SC ST act to commit crimes like rxpe and murders. Recently they rxped a Rajput girl and murdered her. Let's focus on this. We should ally with OBCs, who also face this exact same issue. Let's demand a protection from atrocities Act for us.

(I'm Shudra belonging to General Category, but many of my same caste in other places have OBC certificates. My dad chose not to do it. While I respect his integrity, I'll definitely try to get it for my kids. This can be another strategy. We should demand the inclusion of our castes into OBC or SC.)

The application search (Super key + typed a few letters) shows truncated names. I'm fine with that, but if I hover on an app, how do I make it display the full name? I'm on Ubuntu 26.04
