200 test cyp/ typical dosing.
.5mg arimidex twice/month.

I’m beginning to notice that the day after I take my arimidex I am very irritable and tend to get angry way quicker. Given the dosage, does anyone here have any experience with this or any advice? Is anger a common side effect for low estrogen or crashing? Does this suggest my estrogen is getting too low for me?

Has anyone here taken arimidex .5mg twice per month?
It’s not a dosing I’ve read about. My test was 1100 and my e2 was 70. I really didn’t notice any symptoms but my doc made the recommendation because it had raised since initial testing.

Are there any things I can look out for as an indicator that my estrogen is starting to get too high? Any thoughts are appreciated.
