FRIDAY, MAY 15TH - BIERGARTEN DINNER
On the menu is pork schnitzel, spaetzle, honey buttered glazed carrots and apple cake. The price is $18 (cash only).

An optional wurst platter is available with two wurst, sauerkraut, carrots, side salad and apple cake. The price is $15 (cash only).

Reservations begin MONDAY, MAY 11TH.

Meals are available by RESERVATION ONLY, eat-in or take out (all meals are packaged to go). Reservations will be accepted until 12 noon on Friday, unless sold out earlier. If you get voicemail, please leave a message and you will get a call back to confirm. Weekly Friday Night Biergarten evenings offer a traditional featured meal from 5 to 6:30 pm, with German beers on tap.

Smoked chops this week!

A classic favorite, Kasseler Ripchen(smoked pork cop) is on the menu this week (May 8 ). Smoked pork chop smothered in sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, salad , and dessert. Cost is $20 (CASH ONLY).
