Playing diamond on my original DS lite - I have the cute charm glitch going and have RNG'd for a solid 5 IV Giratina and Riolu, wanted to know if I could use the same seed as those to generate a Shiny Arceus when in the Void
Anyone know how to do the initial setup for Diamond? Everything I've seen online is for plat, I have the pokerus finder app but when I try to search for a viable seed/frame, the app won't let me search without inputting an initial seed, and it won't let me change the date/time either - neither of which are restricted when searching for targets in HGSS or Plat. If anyone has figured this out, I'd greatly appreciate some help!
Diamond rng/cute charm glitch is a blast
Not my first RNG (FRLG Switch, retail Emerald) so I'm familiar with the process but I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've gotten my cute charm TID/SID using this guide - TID 46956, same one shown in the screenshot on the guide - but when I attempt to find the seed I hit for the starter, my delays are off by the hundreds - even when checking +/- 1 second (i.e i'm going for delay 1316, but the results in poke finder show me hitting delay 1001 or something like that). I'll calibrate eon timer and then still get results way off in pokefinder.
Am I missing something while confirming what seed I hit in pokefinder? I've been following blisy's video, and when I do my search in pokefinder sometimes I'll have multiple seeds that are adjacent to my target, with matching characteristic phrases (i.e quick tempered), but all way off in terms of delays. How do I tell which one I've hit? Search parameters are:
Min delay - 500
max delay - 2000
min adv - 1
max adv - 10
then the starter's IVs/nature/gender that i got and I hit search
Appreciate the help in advance - I feel like my troubles are stemming from pokefinder as this is the first RNG manip i've tried using that app (been using 10 lines for the GBA games). It's just frustrating bc people online say D/P/Plat are some of the easiest games to RNG, and I've gotten like halfway there with the TID/SID manip but cannot get further with the starter lol
Recently found my old gba games and my DS, had to try out what I’ve learned from FRLG on the switch… RNG manip on emerald is way easier lol can’t wait for post game
