I have a finnala 3 seat couch plus chaise addition. It was perfect in our last place but in our current apartment we’ve been thinking about splitting them up. I love the idea of having the chaise separate, but have been wondering if there’s a way to have it with slimmer arms or no arms without looking terrible. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi! Our TV broke and I’m wanting to take this opportunity to switch to a projector. Mostly used for video games and streaming tv. We have a Nintendo switch for gaming and a PS5pro for gaming and we do most of our streaming through the PS5 as well.
Room is 12ft x 16ft
Wanted projection area is about 80 in x 60 in

I came across some Frye boots that are in great condition but have had new rubber soles added to the bottom. It’s extremely well done, but not the original bottom. Do you think this will affect the resale value? Should I go forward as is or see if a cobbler can remove and refinish the original sole without rubber?
