Back pain since 3 years *
I have my pain since 2023 August ig and I am currently 19 and it’s getting worse with time . I have pain in lower back si joint and tail bone ,my left pains more than right like while walking or sitting it increases and now when sitting or resting tail bone also hurts and stiffness comes till neck and randomly my legs gets locked then I can’t move an inch even when I stretch a little or something sharp pain happens and sometimes randomly I feel like someone is drilling my back and even when resting it pains in waves .

In last 3 years I have tried to see every good doctor possible , I went to local ortho first , max , fortis ,aiims delhi ,Manipal ,apollo in xray everything is normal and my latest mri says -
• loss of lordosis
• mild disc desiccation at l4-l5

My doctor says that everything is fine but now my pain has become unbearable , no painkillers reduces my pain even I tried physiotherapy for months and my pain got worse

I am visiting Dharamshala with my parents next week and I wanted to know some spots that people do miss , idts we can go on trek (I really want to but my parents won’t) , my insta feed is filled with those khadd I really want to go but they require trek right ?
Is there any place like that is there where we can go easily and more spots pls do tell

I recently registered for this course , I have completed my second year of college . I am doing btech in CSE and I by mistake scheduled my exam for 1 June instead of 1 July and the number I got is not working , I want to reschedule my exam .

Also pls tell about the exam , how’s it done what type of questions are asked , is it mcq? Any advice
