I recently accepted a promotion which will relocate me to west Michigan. I’ve been anticipating this move for a few months and have done research on apartments but am looking to get some suggestions from people who actually live in Grand Rapids! I have a few apartment tours lined up for tomorrow but after spending the last 2 days here, I feel like I may have overlooked some options that might be more suitable for me. What I’m looking for:
- 2 bedroom
- secure building with secure parking
- walkable community (local coffee shops, restaurants, safe to walk alone, etc.)
- young population (I am in my late 20s)
