Should I Pursue Stock Market Trading as a Professional Career?

I am an astrologer and tarot card reader, and I am considering learning stock market trading by joining a formal training institute.

Should I pursue this direction seriously? If I dedicate myself to learning and developing the skills required to become a professional trader rather than treating it as speculation or gambling, is this something that can potentially be profitable and sustainable for me?

I would like to understand whether trading is a suitable career direction for me and whether I have the potential to become successful and financially profitable in this field.

PS: Just to add one more source of income...

I am 38/male/India

This will help me practice and test my predictions.

You can DM me or share the details here, whichever you’re more comfortable with.

Looking for Authentic Sources on Planetary Yantras

I am looking for authentic sources for planetary yantras—the numerical yantras in which specific numbers are arranged for each planet. I have noticed that many different versions of these yantras are circulating, and some of them seem to be incorrect.

I want to study the original/authentic planetary yantras, including:

The correct numerical arrangement for each planet

The original textual source/reference

The correct method of drawing or constructing the yantra

The associated mantra, if applicable

The proper method of energising/pran-pratishtha and installation

Any specific rules or materials prescribed in the traditional texts

Could anyone suggest authentic Sanskrit/Hindi texts or reliable books where these details can be verified directly from the original sources?

I am particularly interested in traditional Tantra/Yantra Shastra sources, rather than modern astrology books that simply reproduce commonly circulated yantras.

Does Venus Really Give Money, or Is It the Moon?

I have started feeling that Venus may not necessarily be the primary planet for money and wealth.

In my observation, Venus seems to focus much more on relationships, spouse, marriage, married life, comforts, and pleasures. Whenever Venus is weak or afflicted, I have often noticed problems specifically in relationships, marriage, or married life and vice versa. Yet, interestingly, the person can still have good finances.

This makes me wonder whether the Moon has a much stronger connection with money and luxury than we generally give it credit for.

Of course, this is based on my observations and I could be wrong. I would love to know what other astrologers have observed in their charts and case studies.

What do you think — does Venus really give wealth, or is the Moon more important for money and luxury?

Jupiter Mahadasha at Age 39: Vargottama & Atmakaraka Jupiter in 10th House — What Results Can Native Expect?

Gemini Ascendant. Jupiter is placed at 29°05′ in Revati Nakshatra. The Ascendant degree is 14°28′. Jupiter is Vargottama and also the Atmakaraka. The Navamsa (D9) Ascendant is Aquarius.

The native is currently 38 years old, and Jupiter Mahadasha is expected to begin in approximately six months.

In the Rashi chart, Jupiter is placed in the 10th house. However, according to the Chalit chart, Jupiter shifts into the 11th house.

What can the native expect during Jupiter Mahadasha, considering that Jupiter is Vargottama, the Atmakaraka, and placed at 29°05′ in Revati Nakshatra?

Also, since Jupiter is in the 10th house in the Rashi chart but moves to the 11th house in the Chalit chart, should Jupiter be expected to deliver results related to the 11th house as well? How should the Rashi and Chalit placements be interpreted in this case?

Nature, Planets & Humari Life

Kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai ki hum insaan apne fayde ke liye usi cheez ko destroy kar rahe hain jo humari life ko sustain karti hai.

Nadiyon mein pooja ke naam par waste daal dete hain, development ke naam par jungle kaat dete hain, aur comfort, convenience aur security ke liye natural resources ka continuously exploitation karte hain.

Lekin agar isse Vedic Astrology ke perspective se dekhein, toh ek interesting connection samajh aata hai.

Vedic astrology mein Panch Mahabhutas — Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu aur Akash sirf nature ke elements nahi hain. Inka connection planetary energies aur humari life ke different areas se bhi hai.

Jal Tattva — emotions, sensitivity aur emotional balance.

Prithvi Tattva — stability, nourishment aur material sustenance; food, resources, wealth aur material foundation.

Toh ek question mujhe interesting lagta hai:

Jab hum apne fayde ke liye in elements ko continuously damage kar rahe hain, toh kya hum unknowingly unhi energies ko disturb nahi kar rahe jinko hum apni life mein balance karna chahte hain?

Aur yahin se mujhe astrological remedies ko lekar ek deeper thought aata hai.

Hum remedies kyun karte hain?

Better finances ke liye.

Emotional stability ke liye.

Success, peace ya protection ke liye.

Lekin agar remedy bhi sirf apne fayde ke liye ki jaaye, toh kya hum us remedy ka deeper meaning miss nahi kar rahe?

Agar kisi planetary energy ka connection kisi natural element se hai, toh shayad us element ka respect aur protection bhi us energy ko honour karne ka ek tareeka ho sakta hai.

Nature ko destroy karte hue nature se judi planetary energy ko balance karne ki remedy karna thoda contradictory nahi lagta?

Shayad nature ko heal karna bhi ek remedy hai.

Aur shayad spirituality ka matlab sirf rituals nahi, balki apne actions ke prati conscious hona bhi hai.

Hum nature se alag nahi hain.

Jo hum nature ke saath karte hain, eventually uska impact humari own life par hi aata hai.

Yeh bas ek thought hai jo mere mind mein aaya.

Curious to know what you guys think about this connection between astrology, nature and remedies.

SUN, MOON & LAGNA — MY PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE

Sun, Moon and Lagna are, in my view, three of the most important pillars when we begin understanding a birth chart.

I am not claiming to be an authority on astrology. I am simply a keen seeker, sharing an observation based on my own learning and experience.

I believe every human being should try to master the energies represented by the Sun, Moon and Lagna.

Of course, we cannot master planets. We are only human beings. But we can learn to understand, regulate and channel their energies.

☀️ SUN — THE SOUL

The Sun represents the Atma — the soul.

Symbolically, I see the sequence as:

Sun → Moon → Lagna

Soul → Mind → Body

The Sun teaches us one of the most important qualities: discipline and consistency.

The Sun continues to do what it is meant to do every day, regardless of what is happening around it.

Perhaps we need to learn the same lesson.

But for me, there is an even deeper lesson in the Sun.

The soul does not become greater merely by thinking about ourselves. It becomes greater when we become useful to others.

The Sun gives light and energy without asking who deserves it.

Similarly, if our presence brings happiness, hope, support or strength into someone else's life, perhaps we are uplifting something within our own soul.

This is why I don't see a strong Sun only as power, authority, confidence or status.

To me, a truly strong Sun is also about becoming a source of light for others.

We often want life to happen according to our wishes. But if everything happened exactly according to us, perhaps we would already have everything we wanted.

Maybe the real growth begins when we move beyond constant self-interest and start asking:

“How can I make someone else's life better?”

If someone remembers you with gratitude, perhaps that is also a kind of wealth.

And if our actions repeatedly create pain and suffering for others, perhaps we should ask ourselves what direction our soul is moving in.

This is also why I find the symbolism of the Sun's exaltation in the 1st house and debilitation in the 7th house interesting.

It makes me think about the journey from self to others.

For me, strengthening the Sun is therefore not simply about gaining more.

It is about becoming more — more disciplined, more consistent, more responsible and more useful.

Perhaps the first remedy is not always something we perform outside ourselves.

Sometimes the remedy is simply to change our actions.

And perhaps the first step towards mastering the Sun is this:

Live in a way that makes your existence useful to someone else.

Now, let's talk about the Moon.

🌙 MOON — THE MIND

The Moon represents our mind, emotions and thoughts.

Perhaps the most difficult battle we fight is not with other people, but with our own mind.

There is an old thought:

“One who has conquered the mind has conquered the world.”

I personally believe that learning to control the mind is one of life's greatest achievements.

One practice I find particularly meaningful is fasting.

And fasting does not necessarily mean fasting from food.

It can mean voluntarily giving up something you feel you cannot live without — social media, entertainment, validation, a habit, excessive talking, or even a particular desire.

The purpose is not punishment.

The purpose is to prove to yourself:

“I control this. This does not control me.”

The mind is incredibly powerful.

What we repeatedly think about, consume and allow ourselves to absorb gradually shapes who we become.

That is why we should also be careful about what we feed our mind.

Not everything we see, hear or think about deserves a permanent place in our consciousness.

For me, mastering the Moon means learning to observe our desires instead of automatically obeying them.

Sometimes the real victory is not getting what we desire.

Sometimes the real victory is being able to say:

“I want this, but I don't need it.”

And perhaps that is where freedom begins.

Now comes the lagna.

🧘 LAGNA — THE BODY

I personally associate Lagna strongly with our physical body and our ability to experience life.

No matter how beautiful the combinations in a horoscope may be, if the body is not capable of experiencing and enjoying those things, what is the point?

Receiving something is important.

But being able to experience and enjoy it is equally important.

That is why physical health should be a priority.

Yoga. Gym. Exercise. Walking. Physical work.

Whatever works for you — keep the body moving.

But there is another question we should ask:

What are we putting into our body and mind?

Food, thoughts, content, conversations and surroundings — everything we consume leaves an impression.

If something is harming us, perhaps the greatest remedy is simply to stop doing it.

SUN → MOON → LAGNA

My personal understanding is:

Strengthen Lagna by taking care of the body.

Strengthen Moon by mastering the mind and desires.

Strengthen Sun by moving beyond the ego and becoming useful to others.

Perhaps this is also one way of looking at the journey towards Moksha.

Moksha may have different meanings for different people.

But whatever our definition, perhaps the journey requires work on all three:

Body. Mind. Soul.

First, make the body capable.

Then, make the mind disciplined.

And ultimately, make the soul selfless.

This is also why I sometimes feel that remedies are not always the first solution.

What if the biggest remedy is to change ourselves?

I still remember something someone once told me:

“Live for the existence that comes after this one. Build your place there through your karma, and perhaps this life will automatically begin to take care of itself.”

That thought stayed with me.

If we live only for these few decades, we may or may not get everything we want.

But if we live with a larger purpose — through good karma and by becoming useful to others — perhaps we create something that goes beyond this life.

So this entire series is simply my personal opinion and observation.

Not a final truth.

Not a rule.

Just a perspective from a fellow seeker of astrology.

And perhaps we can ask ourselves three simple questions:

How strong is my body?

How disciplined is my mind?

And how useful is my soul?

Maybe the answers to these three questions can tell us more about our life than we realise.
