I want to take risk at a young age, but also want steady increases. let me know how this looks

For my Roth IRA, I’ve been maxing it out, but I realized my old split had a lot of overlap:

40% VOO
40% QQQM
10% VNQ
10% SCHD

Looking for a new split with more diversification (maybe SMH, DRAM). Any suggestions here?
