🏃‍♂️🇺🇸 5 MONTHS OUT — THE MOVEMENT IS GROWING

The Anti-Surveillance 5K is more than a fundraiser or a run around the Pentagon.

It’s a peaceful statement that Americans still care about:

• Privacy • Civil liberties • Constitutional rights • Accountability in the digital age

As surveillance technology expands — from AI monitoring systems to mass data collection and automated tracking — more people are realizing that these conversations can’t be ignored forever.

That’s why on October 10, 2026, we’re showing up peacefully, lawfully, and together.

This is about exercising the rights the Constitution guarantees us:

✔ Free speech ✔ Peaceful assembly ✔ Petitioning for redress of grievances

If you’ve been waiting for a moment to stand up and participate constructively — this is it.

🏃‍♂️ Exercise your legs. 📬 Exercise your rights.

Allow me to introduce myself

I’m Seth Thomas, president of the Liberty Run Coalition. We created the Anti-Surveillance 5K and peaceful protest to raise awareness around a growing concern shared across the political spectrum: the rapid expansion of surveillance technologies, data collection, and emerging systems that may impact privacy, autonomy, and civil liberties in everyday life.

This includes developments in neurotechnology research such as DARPA’s N3 program, which raises important questions about mental privacy and neuro-rights, as well as modern connected systems like vehicles that increasingly collect data and may one day be used in decision-making around mobility and driving. These are no longer distant issues—they are actively being discussed and developed today, and we believe the public should have transparency, oversight, and a voice in how they evolve.

On October 10th, 2026 at 9:00 AM near the Pentagon, we are hosting a peaceful protest and 5K to bring people together around the shared value of privacy and freedom. The protest is free and open to the public, while 5K registration supports the event and ongoing education, outreach, and advocacy efforts focused on strengthening privacy protections and limiting overreach.

We live in a world that’s more connected than ever — but also more monitored than ever.

Instead of just scrolling, tracking, and passively consuming…

Take a step. Literally.

Join the Anti-Surveillance 5K — a peaceful run to stand for:

• Privacy • Civil liberties • Accountability

This isn’t about rejecting technology. It’s about making sure technology doesn’t outpace our rights.

Every step is a reminder that: 👉 We still have a voice 👉 We still have choices 👉 And we’re not just data points

Today, the Liberty Run Coalition is reaching out to Ron Wyden and Lauren Boebert as part of our ongoing advocacy effort to protect privacy, civil liberties, and constitutional rights in the age of rapidly advancing technology.

Senator Wyden has consistently been on the right side of privacy issues—fighting for transparency, accountability, and the protection of Americans’ rights in the digital age.

Representative Boebert recently raised concerns about MKULTRA and the need for investigation into government overreach. While perspectives may differ, we believe this reflects a broader and important conversation about accountability and safeguarding individual freedoms.

At Liberty Run Coalition, our mission is clear:

To ensure that emerging technologies—especially those involving surveillance and neurotechnology—are governed by strong protections for mental privacy, bodily autonomy, and freedom of thought.

Through initiatives like the Liberty Run 5K (October 10, 2026), we are building a movement that brings these issues into the public spotlight and pushes for real policy change.

This is what Operation: Exercise Your Rights is all about—engaging our leaders, raising awareness, and making sure the Constitution keeps pace with innovation.

📢 We encourage others to reach out to their representatives and be part of the conversation.

We’re not just running a 5K.

We’re running because privacy still matters.

We’re running because civil liberties are worth defending.

We’re running because unchecked power should never go unchallenged.

Every step around the Pentagon is a peaceful reminder:

• That mass surveillance isn’t something to ignore

• That oversight and accountability matter

• That the Constitution still means something

This route isn’t just a course — it’s a statement.

A statement that everyday people are paying attention, getting involved, and choosing action over silence.
