Specifies that it’s for Toronto and Hamilton. Is Ottawa really excluded?

I’ve been tapping my credit card in Apple Pay but read that in Toronto at least, fare inspectors don’t recognize that credit card payments do not show until the day after and that’s been causing a lot of transit takers headaches. People are recommending using Presto to tap but it’s not clear to me if it’s by adding Presto to Apple Pay or using the Presto app. I really prefer not having another app crowding up my phone.

Website says once you exceeded your plan’s limit, you’ll just have slower data at up to 256kbps down and 128 up. Anyone experienced what that feels like? I’m thinking of using my phone as a hotspot for home internet. I use max 250GB down and 25 up phone and home combined per month.
