guys i got 98.47 percentile (29th apr s2) , which colleges can i get into? also when's the cap round gonna start

i have my cet today, slot 2 at 3 pm. js had to ask whether we're allowed to carry our bags inside the centre or if we should leave them with a guardian. can anyone pls clarify??
