Submitted 3 tickets. 2 were marked resolved with an AI answer. 3rd one just contains a stock message

saying "auto acknowledged"--that's it lol. I tried to reply to that one, to request a human, but Firefox has difficult working with Payoneer--the 'submit' button--nothing happens when i click it. So I'm trying Brave now--and Brave is having difficulty logging into Payoneer. Maybe only Chrome works well with Payoneer? Yes, Chrome is working.

Digital card--sending money to WISE USD--> what is the fee you are paying?

'Fees' in the bottom left corner show me the fee for payment links could be up to 3.99% +0.49usd. It sounds like Payoneer implemented that to stop people using their WISE USD bank account to save on Payoneer's 3% fee.

What is the fee to send money to WISE usd from your digital card that you are actually paying?

Digital card---discrepancy in fees !

a) Left menu--'Cards', go through the steps--and when have to check the box for 'terms and conditions' and 'pricing fees', click 'pricing fees'--zero annual fee is mentioned at all

b) Bottom left corner-- 'Fees'--however here a 29.95usd 'annual card fee' is shown !

So there is a big discrepancy between a) and b) !

  1. Also: the fees for sending money are even less clear. For payment links, the fee a) could be up to 3.99% +0.49usd !
    b) if sending money from Payoneer digital card to WISE USD bank account is considered ACH debit, it would be: "1.00% of the transaction amount plus 0.00 USD"

'Topic' field doesn't move--inability to use 'Send message' (customer support)

Anyone else notice this glitch?

Secondly, for searches on their customer support AI bot, the footnotes don't contain any links that open to review the full info lol

Payoneer card Transaction Fees --- contradiction? Free but also says 1.8% may be charged by them

a) First off it says 'Fees for using your card to transact online or in-store'

b) then it refers only Point of Sale however---which I think most people take to me in-store. Does Payoneer also mean online Point of Sale lol?

c) It says both are Free. But on the right side the fine print says an additional fee of 1.8% may be charged (if they feel like it) lol! I guess they are working on a technicality there--the 'transaction fees' are zero, but there is an optional 1.8% 'transaction value fee'

Has anyone found a way to get around the 3% fee? I get paid in USD from NativeCamp

My Payoneer account is set to Mexico. I have a WISE bank USD account. But Payoneer still charges 3% since my account needs to be set to USA to qualify for the $1.50 flat fee.

  1. 1 thing to try---opening a new Payoneer account set to the USA. Will I need to get proof of residence ? (utility bill)
  2. changing my existing account from Mexico to USA--I will need proof of residence (utility bill) the Payoneer customer service agent told me
