Is it normal for these guys to be so chill? Ive only ever been bitten once but thats because I had a rat in my hands lol. No drfensive display or hissing or nothing!

Usps says package delivered at PO box but when I went to pick it up, the person at the counter said because it didn't have a PO box number on the address, it was returned to sender. The person shipping the package hasn't received anything back yet.
