From your experience or research. Is it possible to get more floaters after rinsing eyes with water? I am used to do it every day, so just wondering

Hi everyone, I work with an organization that creates courses on Udemy, and recently I’ve noticed something unusual in how course ratings seem to affect overall scores.

It looks like a single 3-star review can have a much stronger negative impact on the course rating than several 5-star reviews can improve it. I don’t remember it being this sensitive before.

Has anyone else noticed a similar shift recently? How do you currently understand Udemy’s rating algorithm and how it weighs different reviews? Would appreciate any insights or experiences from other instructors.

I wanted to start course with my Coursera plus subscription but I can't because of this message. I previously enrolled courses from this author and everything was fine. What should I do?
