How do you handle issues through Toast Delivery Servicese?
If a customer is missing an item, or something is wrong, I can't adjust payment on these orders like how I can with other orders. I can send a gift card but sometimes the guest wants the cash back if they're just missing a drink or something. These mistakes don't happen often, but they're problematic when they do and it's not really possible for me to get on Toast customer service anytime there's an issue and try to resolve it over the phone.
Anybody have a better solution here?
