First Hyrox (doubles) - now chasing a solo sub-75 by December, plan attached, roast away

Did my first hyrox with a mate - his groin went from the second station so I had to try do more of each station from then on. I did all the lunges. We also ran at his pace, I’m confident I could run around a 4:30 pace for the entire race.

I want to do a solo sub 75 by December. Here is my results from the doubles, and here’s my plan between now and then. Anyone have any suggestions to change anything?

Goal now is a solo sub-75 by December. I’ve put together a 22-week plan (Base → Build → Race-Specific → Taper) with lifting, running, and rotating station work, plus nutrition targets per phase.

New to Monopoly Go - what are your general strategies?

Pretty new to the game and keen to hear how people approach it. Things like adjusting your multiplier depending on where you are on the board, or always keeping a certain number of dice in reserve - that kind of thing.

Any tips appreciated!
