Patch Notes v1.0.2
Didn't see them shared so posting here for reference. Nice that they're quick to address launch issues.
Easing back in... tracking help?
I am a 48 male, 245lbs/111kg, coming to the end of nearly two years in cancer treatments. Though that routine has made it more severe, I'd been fairly sedentary for years in response to other stressors. While I have some experience in the gym, it's long ago enough to consider myself a beginner. Right now I'm just walking regularly, but have reached a point with my energy that I'd like to do some strength training/head back to the gym.
I've been reading through the FAQ links here and a few posts. I was hoping for some additional guidance around tracking, perhaps an app? At my age I know gains and losses will be slow, and I'd like to have the opportunity to review and see progress.
I am not averse to paying for an app, so it doesn't have to be free, but I also don't need anything too extravagant. I'm looking for something I can utilize for its workout plans or maintain my own. Mainly I'd like something I can access easily from my phone and that might have recommendations or guidance with routines, especially as I begin.
For food tracking I've never found an app that I particularly like, but I'll keep using MyFitnessPal if necessary.
Thanks for your time. If you have any input on apps, tracking, or anything else I would be grateful.
